The Office of Communications works to ensure communications with Diocese of Aba's key constituencies to promote and celebrate the Diocese's mission, goals and programs. The Communications staff maintains a close relationship with members of the news media and the public. The office also enhances internal communication with students, religious, clergy, lay staff and it maintains a visual and editorial identity for the through the production of quality publications.

Photography
At the discretion of the Office of Communications, photographs of Bishop Vincent V. Ezeonyia C.S.Sp will be provided electronically at no charge to the news media for use in newspapers, magazines and other publications.

The Office of Communications approves all publications geared toward external audiences. In addition, Communications produces several publications during the year for clergy, staff, students and the public.

LITURGICAL CALENDAR

SOLEMNITY OF CHRIST THE KING

Date: 2021-09-03 - 2021-12-31

The Solemnity of Christ the King will be held on 27th November, 2021.

This Solemnity which is the official feast of the Diocese, and also the feast of the Cathedral Parish, will be held in the Cathedral. It will begin with a Pontiifical High Mass at exactly 10:45am. A mass which will be presided by the Chief Shepherd of the Catholic Diocese of Aba, Most Rev. Prof. Augustine Ndubueze Echema.

After the Mass, the other activities follow, in line with the directives of the Universal and Local Church.
